defensive measures from any further harm to the Silver Marches
 With a major candidate (Fenris) with many radical views passing

o Zhentarim dealings in Silverymoon are not visible
 Only major things such as land ownership and real-
estate are in the Zhentarims’ hands currently
 Not much political disruption and blue-collar crime
 Military help from the Lords’ Alliance is currently residing in all
cities of the Silver Marches
o As a result, citizens are frustrated with overcrowding, being
at the will of the Lords’ Alliance Soldiers, and inflation
