PROJECT SUSTAINABILITY

EHF continues to strive in shaping a sustainable environment, not only through an adequate
amount financial resources, but also through a strong partnership with other civil society
groups and private corporations in which credibility is generated. The sustainability program
is geared towards the following:

 The implementation of a continuous monitoring and evaluation system so as to

thoroughly assess the program’s effectiveness.

 Regular staff orientation and training in order to develop and enhance the knowledge
of social workers and other support their skills and knowledge, as well as leadership
potentials, to be able to provide efficient and effective services among the
elderly in Bahay Pag-ibig.

 Strong external linkage through partnerships with different civil society groups, Non-
Governmental Organizations (NGOs), corporations, local and national agencies that
advocate and influence the local laws/policies and improve existing programs and
services for the elderly people.
