Chapter 4

Presentation, Analysis and Interpretation of Data

This chapter contains the presentation and interpretation. The data

presented are thoroughly discussed based on the results gathered by the

researchers in accordance of the problems of the study. The discussion will

analyze the factors mentioned to determine its presents on different businesses

on the premises of Malaybalay City. The results were interpreted on the

standards by quantitative research.

Some respondents agreed that they allocate their resources wisely so

that the outcome of their business will succeed, utilizing available resources to

expand horizon in order to improve costumers service and increase

productivity. However, majority of the respondent agreed to this, to remaining


respondents did not agree. Indicating that they don’t properly utilize resources

that they possess. Also, only few of those people who handle their business put

their words into action according to the gathered result. To those who has

businesses, not all of them ensured their financial management in handling a

business.

As the results shown, this were the main strategies used by every

business owner. The first strategy was handling the cash flow of ones’ business

of all the respondents this is the main reason why a business is healthy and

durable, their funds were organized and also the relationship between the

owner and the employee is becoming well. The second strategy is based on the

owner path and leading his/her employees to their goal, every business owner

agreed on the strategy because some owners came up to this situation where

employees get out of hand that is the reason why some business suddenly

change their status and would result to a shutdown. And lastly knowing the

strengths and weaknesses of its business this strategy will determined how will

they business prolong within the next generation which product is no longer

being sell and also the weather of the business this is very important.

According to the results analyzed and interpreted as shown in table 1.

Shows positive outcome. This indicates that they are able to utilize these

factors as an advantage to manage their business. As shown on the table that

previous years, proving further that factors are crucial for business owners to
