MÖKENERGY HYDROGEN GAS OFFER

TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS
1160 Corrugated Drive
($10,000)
Columbus, OH 43201
(614) 403-8912 One hundred and eighty thousand pounds of hydrogen gas
william.mook@mokenergy.com made from water and sunlight is offered for sale for $10,000.
This gas is produced at a rate of seven hundred and fifty
pounds per month for a term of two hundred and forty
months.

The hydrogen offered here is made by a hydrogen producing

solar unit which is manufactured and set into operation within
60 months after receipt of funds. Funds received from this sale
will be loaned to the gas unit builder organized to build these
units, until units are completed. Work in process will
collateralize this use of funds during the construction period.
Once the unit is operating and producing gas for the buyer, the
lien is extinguished and a lien is placed on the individual unit to
secure the term and value of production.

achieved costs of Each solar unit is 66 ft in size and produces 50 pounds of
seven cents per peak
watt. At these prices hydrogen gas each day from 55 gallons of water each day using
hydroge.n is made at
$0.11 per kg
solar energy collected in Ohio. Seven hundred and fifty pounds
per month is less than 25 pounds per day. Excess hydrogen
production goes to the builder to pay operating costs.

The units once built are installed on abandoned mine lands

owned by the State of Ohio or other suitable land organized by
the builder. The hydrogen gas is sold to gas users like NiSource
and Columbia Gas of Ohio which collects the gas and mixes it
with existing gas supplies or gas is sold to other industrial users
who use hydrogen in industrial and chemical applications. The
builder, owner, operator will be responsible for all sales to users
and will remit proceeds to the buyer here under the terms of
this agreement based on the price of natural gas.

The builder guarantees the first 750 pounds each month to the
buyer, and agrees to pay a price equal to 2.55 times the price of
natural gas on a weight basis, this being equal to the price of
natural gas on a heat value basis.
