In this book we assume that one litre water at 4°C and 1 Atm.
(=101.3 kPa =14.7 psi ) equals one dm3 water at 4°C and 1 Atm.
although we know this is not exactly the same . (The difference
between them is less then 0.003%) We take this liberty because it
helps simplifying our calculations.
