And they are not required to Pay examination fees. The details of such candidates shall be uploaded in website www.appsconline.in 2, EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION :- The candidate must have completed 3(three) years. Diploma in Civil Engineering/Agricultural Engineering/Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering/Agricultural Engineering from a recognized University/Institution. However, students who have already appeared in final examination of the qualifying diploma/degree course and awaiting result shall also be eligible to apply. Such candidates whe are declared to have qualified by the Commission in the written competitive examination will have to produce original certificate/mark sheets of passing their degree/diploma examination Issued by the Registrar/Assistant Registrar/ Controller of examination/Vice Chancellor of the concerned University will only be accepted by the Commission on or before the date of interview/Viva-voce. Without the original certificate/ mark sheet they shall not be allowed to appear in the Viva-voce, 0 W3, fF SELECTION:- The eligible candidate will have to appear in written examination in the folowing subjects followed by Viva-voce/Interview to be conducted by the Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission at Itanagar on the basis of which selection will be finalised. () Sompubory paper (a) General English Maximum marks = 100 (0) General Knowledge Maximum marks = 100 (i) Technical paper (Civil Engineering) Maximum marks = 100 (ili) Interview/Personality test ‘Maximum marks = 40 Total marks _= 340 The candidate who secured a minimum of 33% or more marks in each written examination papers and 45% or more marks out of aggregate total marks in the written examination papers shall be eligible for Interview/Viva-voce test. On the other hand, it will further ‘mean that selection for Viva-voce shall be based on the aggregate total marks secured In the written examination papers and subject to ratio of 1:3. The candidates securing less than 33 % of marks in any of written examination paper shall not be eligible for appearing in the Viva-voce. NOTE: The Commission will adopt Recruitment Test(Objective type) before the written examination.
