NOTICE OF TENDER

Garrison Engineer(Works) 2, Office of Director General Naval Project, Naval Base Post,
Visakhapatnam – 530 014 on behalf of President of India invites applications from eligible enlisted
Contractors of DGNP (V) enlisted/un-enlisted Contractors working with other Govt Departments
for selection of Contractors for issue of tender of under mentioned work:-

Name of Work. PERIODICAL SERVICES TO CERTAIN BUILDINGS AT DGNP(V)

Estimated Cost of 4.75 lakhs

Work.
Period of 06 (SIX) Months
Completion
Amount of Earnest Rs. 9,500/-in the form of Call Deposit Receipt from any Scheduled
Money for Bank. BGB not acceptable.
Contractors not
enlisted with DGNP
Visakhapatnam.
Cost of Tender. Rs. 300/- in the form of DD/Bankers Cheque from any Nationalised
Bank in favour of “DGNP, Visakhapatnam”.
Eligibility criteria
(a) For DGNP (v) Class ‘E’ category ‘a’
Enlisted contractors
(b) For other (i) Meeting enlistment criteria of DGNP (V) with regard to having
Contractors satisfactorily completed requisite value works, annual turnover
working capital, fixed assets etc.,
(ii) No recovery outstanding in Govt department.
Last date of Receipt 15 JUN 2009
of Applications.
Notes:-
1 Application not accompanied by requisite DD/Bankers Cheque towards Cost of Tender shall
not be considered for issue of tender.
2. Contractors not enlisted with DGNP will be required to enclose necessary documents to prove
their eligibility as given above including Affidavit for no recovery outstanding.
3 In case of rejection of application for issue of tender, the applicant shall be refunded the cost
of tender. However contractor may appeal to next higher engineering authority for rejection
of his application for issue of tender whose decision shall be final and binding and Contractor
shall not be entitled to any compensation what so ever for non issue of tender.
