As it can be seen in the graph, it shows the growth of students that studied

in Australia from Indonesia, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Singapore between 1982 and
2000.
The graph shows, in 1982 until 1986 the number of students from Hong
Kong remained constant. In 1987, it dramatically increased and between 1994 and
1997 it reached the peak drastically with the figure about 25,000 students. While the
number of students from Singapore went to Australia reached the peak dramatically in
1988 until 1996 with the figure about 18,000 students. The figures for Indonesia and
also Malaysia students in 2000 had the same number namely 18,000 students. However
in the first year in 1982 there are not student from Indonesia, Hong Kong and also
Singapore that studied in Australia.
In conclusion, the average of students from various country that study in
Australia over the period 18 years are approximately 20,000 students.
