1. Document introduction

The IPTV streaming media release management system is a set of

business applications based on IP network to transmit audio and video
live, on-demand, playback, recording and trans-coding, which is
independently developed by Chengdu Jiexiang Technology Co., Ltd.,
which combines video and pictures. The system resource management
and release software, which integrates the multimedia information
such as document and audio, can combine with the application
software of many kinds of front-end devices to form the software for
displaying and playing the business requirements and so on. The
system adopts the advanced B / M / S / M / M / Server architecture to
implement the software of client WEB system.
This document mainly introduces the server-side background
management function of IPTV streaming media publishing
management system and how to use it, as well as the daily operation
and maintenance management, which can be used as a reference
manual for operation and maintenance personnel and system
managers.

2. System access

After the device is turned on, enter http://ip:port/tvccms(ip as the

server IP address and port as the tomcat port on the browser. The
current access address is. For example, 192.168.11.235:8090 / tvccms.
The system login interface is as follows:

In the above interface input user name(system) and

password(tvc147), you can log in to the home page of the system
software, the same account input three password errors, the account
will be locked, need system administrator to handle. As shown in the
following figure:

3. Hospital Info

3.1 Advertising

Advertising management is responsible for the control of advertising on the

left and right side of the home page, Provides add、modify and delete features for
advertising publishing.

3.2 Hospital

Release of hospital internal information, including: medical introduction,

medical guidance, department, doctor, information announcement and rolling
subtitle release.

4.Resource

4.1 Video

Provide all video content on demand upload and conversion management, as

well as advertising video upload and conversion management.

Select the “resource” column on the left-> on click “Video”, The

following interface appears.

Click on "web upload" and pop up the contents in the following box

Then click on the “Choose File” button, find the file you want to upload on
your computer, and finally upload in the lower left corner of the point.

4.2 Audio

Provide audio column upload and management of all audio files.

Select the “resource” column on the left-> on click “Audio”, The following
interface appears。

Click on "upload audio" and pop up the contents in the following box

5. Video On Demand

5.1 Column

Provides custom classification management for live and on-demand columns

on the set top box.

Select the “Vod” column on the left-> on click “Column”, The following
interface appears.

Click the Add button to fill in the classification attribute in the pop-up dialog box.

5.2 Content

Provide video content release of on vod column, also provide audio content
release of music column at the same time。

Select the “Vod” column on the left-> on click “Content”, The following
interface appears。

Then select the category, click on the add content button, and the “resource
information” publication window will pop up,as shown in the figure below.

Click on the content information option, improve the content description

properties, suggested according to the following description information to fill in.

6. Live Channels

6.1 Live Channel

Provides the management of key elements such as the name, number,

associated stream address of the live channel. The name is mainly used to show
the name of the channel on the set-top box, and the numbering is mainly the
order in which the channel is displayed on the set-top box. As well as the
management of channel switching through the input digital key of the rocking
board, the associated stream address mainly realizes the video playing on the
set-top box terminal.

Select the “Live” column on the left-> on click “Channel”, The following
interface appears。

Then select the category, click on the add channel button, and the “Associated
stream information” publication window will pop up, Please fill in the relevant
information according to the following instructions

Click on the resource information option, improve the live channel

description properties, Please fill in the relevant information according to the
following instructions.

6.2 Live stream

It mainly sends the live stream address of the device to the streaming media
module to make the streaming media generate the broadcast address of the live
stream.

1)、Click live stream management to enter the following interface

2)、Double-click or select the check box to make the relevant changes to the
interface by clicking on the changes。

3)、Enter the program source address modification interface, then click on the right scroll bar,

the effect is as follows

4)、After modification click save to achieve the program source address

modification, where about 1 minute or so after the modification, perhaps by
copying the stream address to the vlc to test, see whether the stream started
successfully. The effects are as follows:

5) 、 In the live stream management list, click the preview button to query the playback

address of the stream, as shown in the following figure.

7. User

The configuration of login account of streaming media publishing system and

the permission configuration of background navigation column and function after

account login system are realized.

7.1 User Role

Provides the management side login account column and the function

authority nimbly configuration.

4)、Delete roles

(1) 、 Select a role information from the list that you want to delete, as shown in

the resource will not be deleted.

7.2 Account

Provide system login account creation, modification, deletion and client

column rights allocation, as well as the addition, modification and deletion of the
account.

1)、Click on the admin account management to enter the following list of people,
with the organization on the left, as shown in the following figure:

(1)、Select an organization name, then right-click, will pop up new, modify, delete

and other functions menu, as shown in the following figure.。

(2) 、 Select New to add the name of any mechanism, as shown in the following

figure.

(3)、The name, parent, rank, ranking and description information of the

organization can also be modified by selecting the modification. The effect is
shown in the figure below.

(4)、Select delete, you can delete the body.

２)、Select the account on the left side of the admin side and go to the following

account management list, as shown in the following figure:

Here, you can add and modify the account, or a personundefineds account can

limit and IP range configuration, user name, telephone and other basic
information according to the pop-up window prompt.

close window, do not submit data to the server.

4)、Modify account numbe

(1)、Select an account that needs to be modified from the list of people, as shown
in the following figure：

information, and column permissions in the pop-up window：

5)、Delete account

(1) 、 Select an account from the list that needs to be deleted, as shown in the

following figure:

(2)、Click the button and the following delete prompt box pops up。

(3)、Click OK to delete the account; click cancel, close the prompt window, and the

resource will not be deleted.
