SERVINGS: 2-3
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 - 1 lb chicken parts
1 tbsp dried parsley or 2 tbsp fresh
2 cups chopped potatoes
3 tbsp chopped almonds
2 cups broccoli florets
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp paprika
4 tbsp olive oil
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 425 °F
2. Grease large sheet pan with 1 tbsp olive oil
3. Toss potatoes & broccoli in olive oil & spread on pan
4. Pat chicken with paprika & almonds
5. Place chicken on pan away from vegetables
6. Spread garlic powder & parsley over all ingredients
7. Roast for 25 minutes before serving
