In children’s learning, we need turn taking activities because turn taking activities is very suitable
for children to learn how to speak properly. It means the children learn how to interrupt a
conversation, learn the way they have to pause what they want to say when other person is
speaking, ask a question in a forum or change the subject of conversation. Turn taking is very
important because with learning turn taking the children not only improve their speaking skills
but also their toleration when they talk with other people.

2. Giving instruction is important to children’s spoken activities because giving instruction include
the way we communicate with children. In my experience, children really need a clear and short
instruction to understand. Sometimes we need to repeat the instruction more than five times
until they understand. When they understand, the instruction will easily stick in their brains and
can be their new vocabularies.
