Alternatives for traveling home

March 27, 2020

Dear Crew Member,

We’re living in unprecedented times. However, we want you to know that you’re extremely important to us. You
are the heart of our operations and a key reason why our guests choose us for their vacations.

We recognize that you may be eager to return home and be with your family. Our number one priority is to get
you there safely. Unfortunately, due to current travel restrictions, there is a strong possibility that you’ll be
unable to make it home. While we know this is disappointing, your safety and well-being is most important to
us. To avoid getting stuck with limited places to travel to, we need you to think of your other options.

Choosing an alternative destination

If you have an alternative destination other than your home that you could travel to, please share those details
with us and we will determine if we can book travel to your requested destination.

If none of your alternative options are available, we will continue to check routes daily and when we are able to
secure safe transport, we will contact you.

Extending your stay

If we are unable to get you safely home or to an alternative location, we are pleased to offer you the
opportunity to stay on board under our temporary Extended Crew Stay Program.

This program ensures you’ll remain on board until we are able to secure safe travel arrangements for you.
While we’re happy to have you onboard during this unforeseen situation, crew members remaining on board in
this capacity will not receive wages, but will receive free board, food, medical assistance and access to WiFi.
Again, this option will be available until we can safely repatriate you.

Details regarding our Extended Crew Stay Program are outlined in the attached document “On Board Non-
Working Crew Policy”. If you choose to remain onboard, we kindly ask you to please review and agree to the
policy.

Please know that we are doing everything possible to accommodate you, and we look forward to getting you
home to your family as soon as possible.

It’s through working together and taking care of each other that we will weather this storm and emerge even
stronger when our ships return to full operation.
