Thank you. Good morning everyone I Simreen Hudda welcome you all for today’s session I would like to request our CEO Dr. Madhumita Patil to welcome our guest speaker Mr. Tang Guocai. We are honoured to have with us Mr. Tang Guocai, Consul General of the Consulate General in Mumbai of the People’s Republic of China. Sir was born in the yangzhou city of China and holds a masters degree. Mr. Guocai has served important positions in the MFA since the beginning of his career. In 1992, he started with the staff of the Information Department of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China. Then he continued to serve as the Third Secretary of the General Office of Ministry of Foreign Affairs and later Third Secretaryto the Deputy Director of the Department of North American and Oceanian Affairs of Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In 2001, he served as the secretary to the Counselor of Embassy of the People's Republic of China in the United States of America. In 2006, he was appointed as the Counselor and Director of Policy Planning Department of Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In 2009, he served as Counselor of Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the Hong Kong S.A.R. Fom a period of 2012-2014, Mr Guocai was appointed as Deputy Director of Foreign Affairs Office of Guangzhou Municipal Government. From 2014, he served as Counselor of The Department of External Security Affairs of Ministry of Foreign Affairs For a year and later from 2015 - 2018 he was with The Department of Foreign Affairs Management of Ministry of foreign affairs as the deputy director general. Currently, he is serving the position of Consul General of the Consulate General in Mumbai of the People’s Republic of China. We are humbled by your presence today sir. I would request Sir to kindly
