A. OUTLINE
This maintenance manual covers the maintenance procedures end necessary
information related for the high-precision VAC IT drive unit.
I-L, Configuration
A VAC II drive unit consists of the following units and component parts.
(1) Control printed circuit board (PCB:
VAC board IT
(2) Controt printed circuit board (PCB): VAC card |
(3) Power supply unit: Doo
(4) Spare parts

Note 1: The power supply unit and spare parts are common to the VAC II
drive unit and VAC drive unit type A.
Note 2: The control PCB cannot be installed on any power supply unit
other than the type 4 unit.
Combinations between the control PCB and the older type power
supply unit than the type A unit will load to malfunctioning
of the VAC IT drive unit.
Setting switches and potentiometers to be adjusted on the control PCB
according to the motor specification are summarized in Table 1-2.
No other settings and adjustments are necessary on the control PCB.
