OUTLINE This maintenance manual covers the maintenance procedures end necessary information related for the high-precision VAC IT drive unit. I-L, Configuration A VAC II drive unit consists of the following units and component parts. Note 2: The control PCB cannot be installed on any power supply unit other than the type 4 unit. Combinations between the control PCB and the older type power supply unit than the type A unit will load to malfunctioning of the VAC IT drive unit. Setting switches and potentiometers to be adjusted on the control PCB according to the motor specification are summarized in Table 1-2. The power supply unit door can be opened by removing the screws at the upper and lower right sides.
