b. CIRCUIT DIAGRAM
Description for Block Diagram
The figure shows the block diagram of an amplitudo receiver. It consists of antenna
RF amplifiers, mixers, IF amplifier, detector, AF amplifier, and speakers. The Antenna acts
as a catcher of vibration / signal carried and contains information transmitted by the
transmitter. And the function of RF amplifier is increase RF (High Frequency) power which
contains information as a result of the original transmitter modulation. After success, the RF
vibration is applied to the mixer. Then mixer will works mixing vibrations / RF signals with
the Local Oscillator Frequency, in order to obtain an intermediate frequency (IF /
Intermediate Frequency).

The IF amplifier is used to amplify the Intermediate Frequency (IF) before being forwarded
to the detector block. IF is the result of mixing contrast / signal between RF and Local
Oscillator. After that the detector convert IF frequencies into information frequencies.
Starting from this, the transmission unit between vibration / RF carrier signal and information
vibration (Audio Frequency / AF). And then the AF amplifier will direct vibrations / AF
signals and increase the level of the audio signal and then forward the AF amplifier to a
loudspeaker. After the speakers receives the audio signal, the speaker will convert AF-
frequency signals or electrical vibrations into vibrations that can be heard by the human ear.

Description for Circuit Diagram

The circuit consists of a one hundred volt voltage which is the positive of voltage
connected in series with a ten ohm resistor. And then connected in series to with fifteen ohm
resistors called R2 and ten ohm resistors called R3 which are connected in pararels.and alse
connected in series with R4, R5, and R6 which are connected in parallel and have value of
twenty ohm resistor, thirty ohm resistor and sixty ohm resistor which they are also connected
to the positive of voltage.
