ABSTRACT
In this written communication there is a report of multi-band hybrid cylindrical Ring Dielectric Resonator Antenna
is proposed. The proposed antenna outline comprised of Ring formed Dielectric Resonator Antenna and H-shaped
patch antenna. The proposed antenna design shows multi band characteristics. The simulated results are shown by
using HFSS Simulation software. The resonance frequency of the proposed radiator is 2.4GHz, 3.4GHz, 4.1GHz and
5.2GHz with return loss of -20dB, -25dB, -35dB and -32dB respectively. The proposed antenna is applicable to
Bluetooth, WLAN, WI-max and satellite applications.
Key words: Dielectric Resonator Antenna, Slot Antenna, Dual band, Reflection coefficient, S Band Applications,
