First I want to greet you.

Deskjet 2130 has long been installed on windows 10. Recently, the printer prints
the first and second lines of text from a Word document, and for the third and
fourth lines leave blank space but does not print them, the fifth and sixth lines
print correctly, but the seventh and eighth do not and so to the end of the page.
In the pre-print preview, everything looks right.
This problem has recently been reported in all Word documents and in every version
of Microsoft Office.
Reinstalling the Deskjet 2130 and Microsoft Office did not help.
When I print these documents as a picture, everything goes right.
