1. Question bank is to be created as backup voluntary for examination
2. Exams will be MCQ format at 50/50 format, 50 internal and 50 external
3. If exam form pending then can send email to Dr. Kalkar sir no students will miss exam.
4. No exams decided to postpone
5. No Government authority cleared about coming year process and dates so waiting for
guidelines and norms to follow.
6. We have to use mask and follow all social distancing formula remaining sem
7. Expected remaining sem by online mode
8. Students need to verify by covid 19
9. University will issue about protocol to observe and SPPU will share to all
10. Unless protocol like industry received need to wait
11. Students outside state or state may and may not join so we had to keep options open.
12. We have national agency recognized for exam so exam will happen
13. Students should give 15 questions and ask to solve 10 questions
14. For CGPI to need complete exam

16. Topics related to covid 19 if considered for sip will be great
17. No clear idea what about joining date or package for placement

19. We have to make six month online course on health epidemic’s and needs of post Covid

20. Economy of all college will go down by corona so need to aware about same. Already
Government employees salary is 50%

23. All faculty in group should come and started sawaym program
24. Monday on Tuesday may have trainings program

26. Syllabus taught on zoom we will have crash course depending on quantum of syllabus
27. No course will be left out. From exam or evaluation or completion. Efforts are made and
will take care that all courses will be completed

29. Not Shure about classes in July but planning to make if clear guidelines are received
30. Government may ask to split classes so in such cases colleges should ready along with
sanitization and seating facility

overcome from covid 19 in possible ways.

about admission and also balance semester

55. Google forms will be submitted to understand syllabus finishes and then will take call
56. How many units will there for exam will be shared to all students and faculties.
57. Internal paper to be converted in any form via CCE formats.
58. Be liberal about CCE completion do not make compulsion keep clarity and transparency
and keep records of CCE and activity.

61. AICTE guidelines will be altered by SPPU process to convert SIP as desk reach. SPPU
will do legal process.
62. Lot of back office jobs will be created so in this regards
63. Many colleges sent courses to approve but due to huge emails will take time.
64. UGC basic hygiene and safety management course may compulsory to all
65. For new certifications make groups and be ready with structures
66. No MCQ bank sharing with students
67. All faculties must submit maximum questions as more questions are welcome
68. Even in future students may welcome to submit questions.
69. For numerical questions we can have match the pair or case basis fill in the blanks or
small 5 questions.
70. Not clear about admission process. Unless government clear dates are not mention no
admissions will happened. So admission will depend from state and central government
