This is not about being realistic, this is no longer about any shoulds, this is not about whether other people would find what you ahve written down ridiculous or silly. You are doing this for you, to get out of your head and onto paper the
specifics of what your dream life looks like.
So just list out all your desires - get started and watch how the simple act of just getting started unblocks the pipes for you here.
I went through what my perfect partner, my perfect financial situation, my lifestyle, my mindset, the skills I wanted to acquire, the homes I wanted, the acrs I wanted the holidays I wanted, the experiences and advetures I wanted to
have, the people I wanted to meet and spend time with, the people I wanted to become friends with, where in the world I wanted to live, the kind of sex life I wanted. So I literally mean everything.
Then go through and rank each one in terms of how much you desire it (how strong your emotional connection with that desire is). 100% means that you literally cannot imagine your life without it, 90%+ means that it is very important
to you, 80%+ means that you have a strong desire for it, 70% means that you would really like to have it and 60%+ means its would be a really nice to have it.
Don't overthink this part - trust your feelings. Remember you can always change this later if the scores don't feel quite right. That's absolutely fine. This isn't school and this isn't a test.
Then I found it helpful to group my desires into themes so I could go and think about each area of my life in a structured way to make sure I captured everything.
Once you've listed out your desires, list out the reasons why you desire each one. Lay out what having this desire manifested would mean for you and your life and the benefits that you would get from it. THis is how your forge an
emotional bond with each desire. Then get clear on the prime (key / core) benefit to your life.
Lastly list out all the possible steps and ways that your desire could happen (not definitely will, just could). List out all the steps you can take to make this desire a reality. What you are doing here is feeding your mind with all the data it
needs to help you make this a reality.
