My First Experience to Use Mobile Banking

I opened a bank account 2 months ago as soon as I was accepted in PKN STAN. I was
also made an ATM account based on my bank account. I decided to make an ATM because
my parents will be easier in transferring money for me when we lived apart. In that time, I
thought the utility ATM for myself just for receiving the money that my parents sent. But my
mindset changed when I began to used Go-Jek service. I thought it will be cheaper if I had
Go-pay money in my account. then I asked my friends how to top up the Go-pay money. She
told me that I could top up it by the Go-Jek driver, purchased it in the Indomaret, or
transferred it from ATM. But I still wanted the simpler one to top up the Go-pay money. I
found the other simpler method it was by mobile banking. In the evening on the same day, I
registered my phone number in the ATM as the procedure in making mobile banking. I
thought my mobile banking was ready to use, but it hadn’t finished yet. I had to confirm it in
the bank. So in the next morning, I went to the bank to clear it and after that, the mobile
banking was successfully activated and ready to use. The first trying used the mobile banking
was for top up my Go-pay and it was successful. Besides that, I used my mobile banking for
transferring money to another bank account. Actually, I was just dabbling sent it because I
was too lazy to go to the ATM machine. I mean, if it was unsuccessfully transferred the
money by mobile banking, forcedly I transferred them later by ATM machine. No needed
much time to finish the process and after that, the confirmation of my transaction was sent
and it was successful. I was really amazed how sophisticated our recent technology. Then I
became addicted used my mobile banking for checking my balance, transferring money, top
up my phone balance or my Go-pay and so on. I was really thankful the presence of mobile
banking was really helpful for my transaction activities.
