ABSTRACT

Nowadays, the ambitions of all companies revolve around three principles: Speed, gains and costs,
that is to say maximize profits as quickly as possible with minimum costs, which is a objective difficult
to achieve, we note that companies do not know how to manage its material and immaterial
resources in the best conditions, that is why they have experienced disruptions and difficulties in
their supply chains, which are hampered by several problems related to infrastructures… In this
modest work, we found a panel of solutions of State origin or which come from companies, which
can slow down the appearance of these problems or limit their consequences.

Logistics has always been associated with physical handling of goods. It has long been confined to
transport and storage and, even today, it is difficult to find a single and satisfactory definition of the
term "logistics".

The execution and management of tasks (transport, order preparation, shipping, supplies, etc.) were
entrusted to as many services, very specialized and independent. As often in these cases, the overall
efficiency is less than the sum of the efficiencies of each service.

To accomplish this work, we had to put an effort to simplify the content but also to find the
information because we had to search in several books to allow our PFE to be up to your
expectations. However, we are more powerful thanks to our training in "Management in Logistics
and Transport" which allowed us to conquer these difficulties and to complete this project in the best
conditions of the quality of the project in form and content, deadline ...
