The vacancy mentioned against Post 716 is a backlog reserved vacancy for PWBD-OH (moderate – 40 to 70% disability). If suitable PWBD-OH

1) पद अ)थाई है, .कतु अिनि/त काल तक जारी रहने क1 संभावना है। The posts are temporary, but likely to continue
indefinitely.
2) 4द. 05.11.2019 को उ6 आयु सीमा 35 वष! होनी चािहए। पूव-! सैिनक , िनदिशत(बचमाक! ) अपंग &ि', िवभाग से संबंिधत

Maximum age limit as on 05.11.2019 is 35 years. Ex-servicemen, Persons with Benchmark Disabilities and
Departmental candidates are eligible for upper age relaxation as per Govt. of India orders. Minimum age limit is
18 years. There is no upper age limit for posts 731 & 732.

Initially the place of posting will be in any of the units of LPSC, but the incumbents are liable to be posted in any
of the Centres or Units of ISRO or Department of Space situated anywhere in India as and when required.

Based on the online bio-data, initial screening/written test will be conducted for short listing the candidates for interview.
The Centre may adopt the method of conducting written test for initial screening or may directly shortlist the candidates for
interview by fixing a higher cut-off percentage of marks scored in the essential qualification. Please note that the
qualification prescribed is the minimum requirement and the same does not automatically make candidates eligible for
written test/interview. If written test is opted for preliminary screening, the written test score will not reflect in the final
selection process. The final selection will be based on performance of the candidates in the interview only.

Candidates possessing Degrees awarded by Foreign Universities should produce the equivalency certificate issued by
Association of Indian Universities (AIU), New Delhi, at the time of interview.

Outstation candidates called for Interview will be paid to and fro Second Class Railway Fare by the shortest route on
production of Railway ticket or bus fare on production of bus ticket in case they are not availing the free concession offered
by Indian Railways for the purpose.

Uploaded photo should clearly show the face of the applicant.

The background should be white or any other light colour.

The eyes should be clearly visible and not covered by dark glasses.

Applications in which the applicant cannot be clearly identified using the uploaded photo will be
considered invalid.

Maximum file size permitted is 40 KB.

Uploaded image should be in JPG/JPEG format.
g) फोटो क लंबाई तथा चौड़ाई (रे ज़लूशन) येक, 95 िपकसेल या उससे अिधक तथा 100 िपकसेल या उससे कम होनी
चािहए।

The Height and Width (resolution) of the photo should each be greater than or equal to 95 pixels & less
than or equal to 100 pixels.

The length of the file name (including extension) should be less than or equal to 25.

Applicant should ensure that only virus free image is uploaded. In case, any malware is detected in the
uploaded photo, the application will be considered as invalid.

Upon registration, the applicants will be provided with an on-line registration number, which should be carefully
preserved for future reference. One printed copy of the Declaration generated after registering the on-line
application should be signed by the candidate at the space provided in the Declaration and sent to
‘THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER, RECRUITMENT SECTION, LIQUID PROPULSION SYSTEMS CENTRE,
VALIAMALA P.O., THIRUVANANTHAPURAM, KERALA – 695 547’ by ordinary or speed post so as to reach on
or before 13.11.2019, otherwise the application will not be treated as valid. Candidates working in Central/State
Govt./Public Sector Undertaking/Autonomous Organisation should send this Declaration through proper
channel. They will be allowed to attend the interview only on production of ‘No Objection Certificate’ from their
employer.

 There will be a non-refundable application fee of `250/- (Rupees Two Hundred and Fifty only) for each
application. Candidates can make the payment on-line immediately after submitting the on-line application using
SBI ePay facility (Net Banking/Debit Card of SBI and other Banks). If the candidate wishes to make the payment
later, he/she can pay the fee upto the next day of closure of on-line application registration (i.e., upto 1400 hrs on
06.11.2019) by clicking ‘Download Declaration & Make payment’ option available in the on-line recruitment
portal. No other mode of payment will be accepted and the fee will not be refundable under any circumstances.
vi. मिहला/अनुसूिचत जाित (अ.जा.)/अनुसूिचत जन जाित (अ.ज.जा.)/ पूव-सैिनक एवं पीड1`यूडी (अंपग cिT) अ=य>थय को

Female/Scheduled Caste(SC)/Scheduled Tribe(ST)/Ex-servicemen and PWBD (Persons With Benchmark
Disabilities) candidates are exempted from making payment of Application fee. Applications of non-exempted
categories without Application Fee will not be considered.

Please note that the candidates need to send only the Declaration form (as mentioned earlier) to LPSC, and
need not send other documents including copies of certificates, payment receipts, etc.

The candidates registered under National Career Service (NCS) portal and fulfilling the eligibility conditions may
visit LPSC website and follow same application procedure as stated above.

Note: In case of submission of duplicate/multiple applications by Female/Scheduled Caste (SC)/Scheduled Tribe (ST)/Ex-servicemen and PWBD
(Persons with Benchmark Disabilities) candidates, the latest application submitted shall be considered for further processing. In case of
submission of duplicate/multiple applications by other candidates including OBC, the application against which the ‘application fee’ has been
received within the last date of payment of application fee only will be considered.

• घोषणा पA, एलपीएससी म3 13.11.2019

11.2019 को या उससे पहले साधारण डाक या Bपीड पोBट के Jारा पKंचना चािहए।

Declaration form should reach LPSC by ordinary or speed post on or before 13.11.2019.
