Shoot Plan Six

Location
I plan to shoot another building in Reading that displays modern architecture nicely. I’m not sure what
building I am going to shoot yet but I am going to explore Reading and find one when I’m there.

Time of day
I plan to shoot early in the morning so there are less clouds in the sky and the sky is possibly blue as
this was something I really liked about the images in shoots one and two. The bright blue sky makes
the images feel open and spacious which is useful for the viewer to understand the image with a clear
mindset.

Weather
I would like to shoot on a day that has clear blue sky and some natural sunlight to make the images
feel bright, happy and spacious.

Focal point
The focus of this shoot is to show off the beautiful designs within modern architecture used on the
grand building in Reading, the Blade. I also want to focus on looking up at this buildings to give my
audience a unique perspective and viewpoint that is not explored in everyday life.

Meaning
The meaning behind this shoot is to reflect modern architecture in a spacious way, in order to allow
my audience to focus their attention on the incredible designs within the architecture rather than the
space surrounding the grand buildings I will use as my subject matter.

Influences
My influence for this shoot is Lars Focke who looks up at grand design buildings in Germany. I really
like his work and I think it suits that of my own work in this project nicely.

Camera equipment
I will use my canon eos 750d to take this shoot and I will also possibly use photoshop to adjust
colours within the images if I am not happy with how they look naturally.
