Verdict:
Both are not same, as the models used for regression are different.

Reason:
The only reason is, the model used for CSTR to calculate rate was non-differential. But the
model used for batch reactor as per literature was differential so an empirical integral was
obtained to use non-linear regression. The results in polymath are dependent on f(x). If f(x) will
change, the results will differ.
