According to science, sleep is an integral part of everyday life, a biological need

that allows to restore the physical and psychological functions essential for full
performance.
Sleep is a basic need of the organism and its satisfaction allows us to survive.
Everything that happens in the human body keeps a balance, and if this balance
fails, the body will try by all means to recover it.
While the average person spends about eight hours a day sleeping, it is still one of
the most underrated daily activities for many. People often tend to treat sleep as a
necessity rather than really thinking about what they do for a person. Sleeping well
at night can help in several ways, including improving brain function and memory,
helping people lead a longer, healthier life, and making life safer and happier.

Over time they can develop anxiety and depression. In the same way, it also
affects school, work and social performance¨.
 
Likewise these bad sleep habits, can generate us an inactive brain which is a
decreased brain, are those people who sleep little and generate mental
awkwardness, so they can make more mistakes than a person with an excellent
sleep habit, lack concentration and all this can cause serious consequences
especially to this could affect drivers, sleep disorders cause obesity and a major
risk factor especially in cardiovascular diseases.
On the contrary, sleeping well is good for everyone as it gives us better brain
function and memory works at its highest level during the day, it will be a person
with less risk of making mistakes, since a brain rested during the day can adorber
new information learn easier and reaction to any stimulus immediately.
In addition to that getting good sleep helps people to have longer, healthier lives,
they are people who during their day will always try to make and make the right
choices, they are less to be in a bad mood. For all these things we must
understand that a good sleep habit is important in our day to day, to be more
aware of what we do, generate a better performance, enter less into the labor and
student error factor. But the most important thing about this good habit is that we
will be long-lived healthy people with less chance of severe deaths from falling
asleep on a road or dying from cardiovascular disease.
