I am writing to recommend Erin Koerselman for a position at your

school. As a student supervisor in the College of Education at
Westminster I had the honor of observing Erin teach core curriculum
lessons in her assigned classroom this past semester. As a student
teacher there are high standards required and she has exemplified
best practices as an educator.

I’ve witnessed her transition into a confident, capable educator this

past semester. She has learned a great deal of classroom
management, instructional planning and professionalism. I had the
pleasure of coordinating efforts with Erin as I would come in frequently
for classroom observations. Collaboration was easy because she was
always flexible and very helpful.

During my observations I noticed a firm but loving community that was

created with her students. Structured routines yet always finding
creative ways to engage students. Erin is a delight to work with – a
dedicated educator with a positive attitude. I strongly recommend Erin
for hire as she has demonstrated she is helpful, professional and
collaborates well.
