SHOT BLASTING MACHINES

Ensure following points before switching on the Machine after Lock Down.
1. Ensure no unwanted materials are present inside the Machine cabin.
2. To avoid moisture pickup and jamming of shots Unload all shots from the Machine,
dry it, sieve it, and Load again
3. Ensure Bucket Elevator Belt Joints and Buckets.
4.Ensure Dust collector Bags are cleaned and free from Dusts.
5.Clean the Ducting Lines .
6.Ensure all Lubrication requirements are properly carried out.
7.Check all v-Belts for proper tensioning.
8.Keep the Machine in home position.
9.Check the Electricals.(Enclosed Separate Sheet)
10.Check the Pneumatic Connections
11. Run the Machine in idle condition for 2 min, then proceed for Loading.
