Conclusions: Employees is willing to work an extra hour to have an extra day off a week. By
Implementing a 2 days off at work, we can give satisfaction to employees and make them feel
valuable. Work-life balance is essential for organization. Keeping our employees happy and
healthy makes them efficient and effective at work, efficiency and effectivity of employees’
means high productivity of the company. Aside from our customers, it’s our employees who
makes our organization successful that’s why we need to take care of them too.
Recommendation:
Management can grant the 2days off for employees by making them work 10hrs in 4days and
8hrs before their days off. That means still working 48hrs a week with 2 days off.
