CANCELLATION INFORMATION
You can cancel your booking by logging on to cleartrip.com/support page or accessing trips directly from your account on Cleartrip website
or mobile app.

Please note that a booking can be cancelled on Cleartrip up to 3 hours prior to the departure time of the flight. If you are cancelling your
flight within 3 hours of its departure time, kindly contact the airline directly.

Customers who have not cancelled their bookings and fail to report in time for check-in will be deemed as “No Show” by the airline.

In case your flight is cancelled or rescheduled by the airline or you miss your flight, you will have to cancel with Cleartrip to get your refund.

Any refund claims arising due to cancellation or delay of flight by the airline shall be subject to Cleartrip receiving the refund amount from
airline. In the event that airline does not refund the amount to Cleartrip, we shall not be held liable for the same.

In case of partial cancellation, please log on to cleartrip.com/support page or access your trips directly from your account on Cleartrip
website or mobile app.

If you cancel your ticket offline through our call center, a fee of INR 250 will be charged extra over Cleartrip fee. The total Cleartrip fee in
this case is INR 500.

Please note that multiple flight sectors booked under on one PNR can only be cancelled together.

In case of cancellation, the refund will be initiated within 3 working days and may take 5-7 additional working days for the refund to reflect in
your account, depending on your bank.
AMENDMENT / CHANGE DATES INFORMATION
You can make changes to your booking by logging on to cleartrip.com/support page or accessing trips directly from your account on
Cleartrip website or mobile app.

Please note that airline amendment/cancellation fee, fare difference (if any) and Cleartrip service fee is applicable for making changes to the
itinerary.

If you wish to amend your flight within 3 hours of its departure time, kindly contact the airline directly.
