3. Graduation and Post Graduation Passing Certificate (Self Attested)
4. Professional Qualifications Certificate as applicable (Self Attested)
5. Additional Certifications Certificate as applicable (Self Attested)
6. More than 3 years Work Experience Certificates (Self Attested)
7. Special Declaration form (Attested by Authorized Signatory )
8. Marriage Certificate or Pan Card /Passport Copy in case of change of name after
marriage (Self Attested)
