Experience: Our management team has over 10 years of experience in waste management, plastic
recycling, business development and management.

Relationship: We have well-established relationship in the waste management ecosystem with raw
material suppliers and finished plastic products buyers
Location: We are strategically located in between Lagos state and Ogun within a growing waste recycling
hub. This gives us advantage in accessing waste plastic materials and connecting with local recycled
plastic buyers

Weakness (internal weaknesses of your business)

High Startup Costs: The cost of setting up and operating a viable plastic recyling plant is high and leads to
need for investments and loans.

Construction Time: The recycling plant must be set up first before we can start processing waste plastics.

Dearth of Skilled Workers: Skilled workers in the sector are scarce as most recyclers run the business
informally and as micro-businesses. This limits career growth opportunities in the sector and thus does
not attract highly competent workforce.

Opportunities (market opportunities)

Bigger market opportunities exist for us due to higher demand for locally recycled plastic granules and
pellets by most local small-to-mid-scale plastic manufacturers, because of high cost of virgin plastic
resins.

Research and Development: Increased potentials for other uses of HDPE (High Density Polyethylene), PP
(Polypropylene) and other plastic type recycling by-products due to advancement in research and
innovation in the global plastic recycling industry.

Heightened awareness of waste recycling in Nigeria attracts more wealth creation opportunities and
potential skilled workforce in the sector.

Poor waste plastics collection culture: Waste plastic collection is still largely done by the Hausa local
waste pickers with crude tools and poor system of collation

Poor Infrastructures: There are currently, poor infrastructures such as poor road condition, unsteady
power supply and other essential amenities which make business operations efficient.

Environmental Standards: There will be need for us to comply with any upgrade in government's
environmental regulation by developing technically, economically recycling solutions that meet the
standards

company, which engages in waste plastic recycling and other allied environmental services. Driven by
the passionate vision to see clean and dirt-free urban cities, the company started in 2014 as a municipal
waste disposal franchisee of Lagos state government. By 2017, it pivoted to focus on processing waste
plastics into high quality granules and pellets used by plastic manufacturers.
