Good afternoon, Ms. Kuhn:

I hope you are doing well through these strange times. I miss seeing you at school each day, and I am certain your students miss you too.

Please remember the district is requiring the following:

Each teacher will set aside office hours for two hours each day during the 8:00 am - 3:45 pm time frame. The teacher will communicate these hours
to families/students. During office hours, the teacher will be available to respond to student/parent/guardian questions and E-mails and to support
students virtually, by phone, etc. as needed.

Please choose 2 hours between the times listed and post an announcement to your classdojo story. It would probably be a good idea to do this once a
week since the original post will get buried as more stories are posted to your classdojo story. If it helps, I’ve posted a template for a message below
that you can copy/paste/fill in as needed:

“My office hours are 🕓 M-F _________. I can be available to speak to you (insert virtually, phone, or some other means here) during this time. You
are also welcome to email or send a message via Class Dojo outside of these office hours, and I will do my best to respond within 24 hours. Thank
you for your understanding.”
