ABSTRACT

“Education academic System” is the web-based application that automates the processes
taking place for the maintenance of the fees details, student’s personal details and school
details etc. This project is designed for better interaction between Students, Teachers, Parents
and Management.

The application would have excellent user interface for the data-entry and the outputs are
generated attractively. The application would effectively replace the manual processes
involved in maintaining the school information.

EXISTING SYSTEM:

The current system is manual. If student/parent wants to know the attendance they should
go to the respected person which will take time. Regarding Fee structure also parent need to
go school manually. School management also faces so many problems while they maintain
records manually.

PROPOSED SYSTEM:
While analysing the existing system, the automated system has been proposed. This will
have features like efficient management of student and parent details, attendance updating,
Fee structure for every academic year, Corresponding faculty for subject and faculty details,
Results updating based on examination in the form of files(pdf, ms-excel).

1. Profile management:

Profile management describes about the details of the available resources of school
management. This profile management is handled by the admin. The admin will provide the
login credentials to the student as well as faculty.

2. Attendance management:

Attendance management describes the attendance details of the students. Admin will update
the attendance of a student by selecting class and section. Parents and students can also view
the attendance.

3.Information management:
Information management describes about the information providing by admin like fee details,
library details etc.... which can be viewed by students as well as their parents.

4. Content management:
Content management will provide the material to the students if any student is absent on that
particular day they can study from material which are provided by faculty.

5.Feedback management:
Feedback management provides the interaction between the parents and administration
through suggestions or by complaints.
