Promo Mechanics
1. The BDO EasyPay Cash Promotion is open to qualified Principal Credit Cardholders of Mastercard,
Visa, UnionPay1, Diners Club1, JCB and American Express® Credit Card issued by BDO (“Cardholder”),
who are not prohibited by applicable laws, regulations and policies from participating in and/or
qualifying for this Promo. Excluded from this Promo are Distribution Cards, Purchasing Cards,
Corporate Cards, Simple Cards, Tie-Up Cards, Installment Cards and International Dollar Cards.
*Above computation is presented as a guide to derive the monthly amortization. Actual monthly
amortization may vary slightly due to rounded values.

▪ Accomplish EasyPay Cash Request Form and submit to General Services Counter
B. Application-by-Email
▪ Call the BDO Customer Contact Center at (02) 8631-80003 or email to
callcenter@bdo.com.ph your completely filled-out EasyPay Cash Request Form.
5. The EPCash principal amount with interest will be deducted from and should be within the cardholder’s
available credit limit.
6. All transactions are subject to the Bank's approval and once approved shall be subject to the Terms and
Conditions (“T&C”) of the EPCash Program and the T&C governing the issuance and use of the BDO
Credit Cards.
7. EPCash transactions applied thru BDO Online Banking and Customer Contact Center are subject to
seven (7) working days processing time.
9. Monthly installment due on the EPCash transaction applied via BDO Online Banking with 1-month
billing holiday together with monthly interest and penalty charge (if any) will be billed to the cardholder
starting on the second statement cycle after the original transaction date and every month thereafter
until the total amount payable is paid in full.
10. In cases wherein the Cardholder's available credit limit are not able to cover the requested EPCash
request amounts, BDO has the sole discretion to approve only a portion of the amount applied for. In
case of rejection of the application BDO is under no obligation to notify the Cardholder of the said
rejection and of the reason thereof.
11. BDO may, at its sole and absolute option, accommodate Cardholder’s request to accelerate the
charging of the full amount of the remaining unbilled monthly amortization/s on the EPCash installment
transactions, provided that the Cardholder's total outstanding balance due for the pertinent monthly
billing cycle is paid in full. Further, a corresponding Installment Processing Fee of 5% of the total
remaining balance or P300, whichever is higher, will be charged to the cardholder’s account. After BDO
has approved the Cardholder's acceleration, the total accelerated amount due and the corresponding
Installment Processing Fee shall form part of the total outstanding amount due for the pertinent monthly
billing cycle and must be paid in full.

EPCash application of UnionPay and Diners Club Credit Cards issued by BDO applied through BDO branches will be processed within 7
bankings days.

For BDO EPCash applied through branch, approved amount will be credited within 24 hours via Bank Transfer and is subject to P500
Service Fee. For BDO Contact Center and BDO Online Banking EPCash applications, approved amount will be deposited as check, subject
to clearing period. Other bank must have a branch located within Ortigas area.
