As a result of the drainage temperature rise of circulating water at the outlet which

could be less than 7℃, the flux of mixing water flow can be decreased. So we cancel
the mixing Pumps and change the mixing water which did the idle work formerly to
circulating water and also send it go pass the condenser. So that the circulating ratio
increase to 107, and the back pressure of turbine unit can fall to 7.3kPa, and the
turbine's efficiency does not decrease.
