Hello everyone, this is my oral presentation in

English and today I will talk about British

inventions and inventors
It is called an invention, to the act of creating or
perfecting a technology and preexisting objects.

Charles Pearson was the one who created the subway

The first subway in the world was created out of sheer necessity. By the
early 19th century, the streets of the British capital were completely
clogged with two-story horse-drawn carriages and coaches. The creator
of the London underground train, Charles Pearson, said that the only
solution to the constant traffic jams was to transfer public transport
over viaducts or underground.

Carbonated mineral water

the name of the creator was Joseph Priestley, born in England. In his
city, the researcher found a large stock of carbon dioxide coming from
a brewery. It was then that he got the idea of artificial water
For people who do not like normal water, sparkling water can be an
alternative for those who prefer a different flavor.
Therefore, sparkling water can be consumed without fear but not in
excess
benefits:
- It has a more refreshing feel, especially on summer days due to the
presence of gas.
- aid in the digestion process.
- For those who eat too much, the water with gas dilates the stomach
quickly, contributing to the sensation of satiety.
disadvantages:
As you can see, sparkling water is a great alternative to hydrate the
body
Excess may injure or irritate the stomach and intestines.
- People with gastrointestinal problems should drink with caution
In that case, a good choice is to change the consumption of
carbonated water with natural and other liquids during the day - but
remember to avoid soft drinks.
