If at any time the student stops attending The Pennington School, the iPad, charger, and keyboard/case must be returned in good working condition prior to the student’s departure. © You agree to protect the iPad from theft, damage and neglect. This includes keeping the device in a secure location at all times. The iPad should also be kept away from excessive heat or cold, and should not be dropped. ‘* You agree to comply at all times with The Pennington School Acceptable Use Policy and other guidelines found in the iPad and Student Handbooks. * You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for the iPad upon issuance by The Pennington School. If the iPad is damaged in anyway, you will contact the Technology Department immediately. If the incurred damage is covered by AppleCare+, you are responsible for the AppleCare service fee incurred for the repair of the device. If the incurred damage is not covered by AppleCare*, you are responsible for the full cost of repairing or replacing the iPad. © Ifthe iPad, its charger, keyboard and/or case is lost or stolen, you are responsible for its replacement. In the event of a loss or theft of equipment on-campus, you must communicate all details of the event to the Dean of Students, Director of Security, and the Director of Technology ASAP. If necessary, a police report may be filed.
