Currently, companies generate environmental problems, such as environmental pollution,

inefficient use of resources and misuse of waste, leading to loss of biodiversity; therefore,
by implementing an environmental management system, it helps or would help mitigate or
prevent negative changes in the environment due to the effects of activities, products and
services of the company's productive or commercial activities.
It is necessary to have products and services that are respectful with the environment, for a
good sustainable development, that is, to guarantee the biophysical heritage of the
organization, optimize resources, energy, reeduce the environmental impact, correctly
eliminate waste. For this, the ISO 14001 of 2015 describes that an environmental
management system must be in place to try to improve the way a company controls and
reduces its impact on the environment, which creates direct benefits by improving the use
of means.
