address your concerns about your bicycle. We are sorry for the delay in our response, the shop was
closed due to the pandemic.

Our team on receiving your concern checked up on your details and found out that your warranty has
expired. The repairs would cost 70% of the original cost to our understanding. As you have been a very
loyal customer to us, we would not recommend you repair your product and would recommend that
you wait for our annual sale that is on the 21 st of April. All our products are getting a flat 49% discount.
You can buy the BMX-690 which is a better model then your Cly-20, it has upgraded shocks, larger tires
that provide better handling and it has a headlight and taillight powered by a battery.
