Dear Friend

Today i want to contact you my daily routine

I get up every day at 4:00 am, then I shave my beard and I bathe, then I make
breakfast: chocolate, bread and eggs; Then I leave on my motorcycle to go to work. In
my work I am a food engineer and I must be aware of the procedures in the processing
area.

At 12:00 pm, I go out to lunch with my colleagues, I like to eat rice or pasta with
sauce, I like the mezca of the onion, with the garlic, tomato, carrot and spinach.

At 2:00 pm, I go to work until 5:00 pm At that time

I go out to my house, dinner, brush my teeth, I get up and go to bed to watch television
and finally 10:30 I'm already asleep.

The weekends are the only day where I can sleep late and rest.
