Patch 21 ft2 on Roof Tank ABS 01, Date 22 jan 2020

Steps 01
Preparation of cleaning
Rusted, Oily surface clean with thinner

Steps 02
Clean surface with thinner with support of cotton cloth

Steps 03
After Cleaning / they need to surface preparation with emery paper
but that time we don’t allow to use emery paper

Steps 04
Apply Coating of NANIo Premier base coate twice
cover all surface with deep pitting
Steps 05
After dry NANO Premier coating , cutting 2"x2" fiber cloth
pasted with help of water proofing & Heat insulatoin coating

Steps 06
After patch work completed,apply first coat of Heat Insulation & Water
Proofing coating fist Coat , area 21Ft2

Steps 07
Then placed Fiber Cloth sheet 7ft x 3ft
Then apply twice coat of Water Proofing & Heat Insulation Coating ,
Coating like a Putty type heavy viscous fluid
Then left for Dry for 24 Hours ~ 36 hours
Coating Completed
