Some Important Points of Partnership (As per IPA, 1932)

 Minor can be admitted for the benefit of partnership if all partners agree
(Sec 30)
 Person may be admitted as partner either with consent of all partners or
in accordance with an express agreement among the partners (Sec 31)
 Registration of the firm is optional (Sec 69)
 Unless otherwise agreed by the partners in the partnership deed, a firm
is dissolved on the death of partner. (Sec 35)
 Partner may retire from the firm either with the consent of all other
partners or in accordance with an express agreement among the
partners. (Section 32)
