1/2 cup ketchup

1/4 tsp dry must=rd
1 clove g=rlic, pressed
2 lbs sliced me=t

Mix ingredients =nd

simmer ~5 minutes.
Cover me=t with s=uce.
Cover =nd refriger=te
overnight. Le=ve lots of
sp=ce on tr=ys.
Dry =t 155 F for 6 hours.
