goal at Sneaker Soul is for every customer leave happy and confident in their purchase. If this goal is not
met, we take responsibility and do our best to fix the problem. I will ensure that all my employees be re-
taught to examine each customer to recommend the best shoe for their specific needs. I will also ensure
that you will get your money back or exchange the shoes you purchased for new ones that are suited for
