Notable to: Australian Humanitarian Visa Process.

I am javed Ahmad Noorzai son of baz Mohammad Noorzai, resident of
Afghanistan which All of our requirements is exist in the 842 form of visa.
I have sent all the necessity document for Australian humanitarian
application in 2019/4/30 by Electronic post to Sidney, and in 2019 /6/23
a file number 2019020612 I have received an email from humanitarian
visa application. Unfortunately after a while in 12/16/2019 once again the
humanitarian visa application process sent an email that verdict you are
not eligible for the visa. So I request from honorable bureau to once again
look at our case for reason of future education of our children and please
elaborate for us why our case is not accepted by the embassy?
