Subject: Complaint Against the use of Unique Design
I am working in a private consultancy firm having a 12 years’ design and construction industry
experience in oil & gas sector as a professional engineer, I also worked for the foreign
consultancy firm in Saudi Arabia. I designed a high power efficiency solar power plant for a
client in Pakistan at Muzaffargarh District which was unique or a highly efficient solar power
plant. There was an agreement between my consultancy firm & the contractor against the
disclosed of the solar power plant design, but the contractor used my unique or innovative
design for his own interest & made a huge capital. Although I didn’t register that unique design
to the Intellectual Property Organization but that was confidential according to my consultancy
firm.
I have a request to you please take a serious action against the contractor company who
disclosed my design for his own interest under all Intellectual Property Rights. I attach all of
the necessary design, agreement or witness’s documents.
