Pastor Charles H. Frederickson came to our congregation following the resignation of Pastor Lindewurth in 1966 and served until 1969, During his term of service, new choir robes were secured, a sound box was installed beside the organ, the building and repair fund was changed to the building fund, a pictorial directory was compiled in 1967 and a new hot water tank was installed. During this pastorate, the 450" anniversary of the Reformation was held along with other area Lutheran churches at the Belmont Arena. A new constitution was drawn up during this time, a large road sign was erected along Route 422, 100 metal folding chairs were secured, a new septic tank and hot water heater were installed, paneling and refurbishing of woodwork on the walls beside the altar and refinishing of the altar was completed, a new altar cross and accessories were purchased by Mr. & Mrs. Russell Rupp and a public address system was installed in memory of Frank Jay Klingensmith by Westmoreland Cable Company of New ensington, Pa. Also during his pastorate, a monthly newsletter was started and Youth Ministry was formed. Following the resignation of Pastor Frederickson, astor Harold J.
