* For the purpose of this Cover the expression ‘admissible claim’ shall mean an event or
series of events arising out of one cause in connection with the vehicle insured in respect of
which indemnity is provided under this policy.
Scope of Cover
a) The vehicle is not more than 2 years old* on the date of commencement of the policy
period.
b) The Total loss/ Constructive Total Loss (CTL) or Total Theft of the vehicle should be
admissible under Section I of the policy.
c) Insured should be the first registered owner of the vehicle.
d) Vehicle insured should be indigenous.
e) The bank/finance company whose interest is endorsed in the policy shall agree in writing.

f) First Information Report issued by police authorities needs to be submitted with the
company in case of theft of insured vehicle.
Special Exclusions
a) Any electrical/non electrical and electronic/non electronic accessory(s) including any bi
fuel kit forming part of the invoice but not insured under Section I of the policy.
b) If the vehicle is recovered within 90 days of the theft.
* Vehicle should not be more than 2 year old from the date of invoice/ date of
registration whichever is earlier on the commencement date of the policy.
Scope of Cover
In consideration of the payment of an additional premium mentioned in the policy schedule
it is hereby understood and agreed that the Company agrees to cover expenses incurred
towards “those items or substances of specific use which at the time of loss are either
totally consumed or rendered unfit for further consumption” arising out of damage to the
vehicle insured and/or to its accessories caused by any peril as covered under the Policy.
Consumable Items shall mean those articles or substances which have specific uses and
when applied to their respective uses are either consumed totally or are rendered unfit for
continuous and permanent use. These items include nut and bolt, screw, washers, grease,
lubricants clip, ac gas, bearings, distilled water, engine oil, oil filter, fuel filter, break oil and
the like.
Subject otherwise to the terms, conditions, exceptions and limitations of the policy.
Specific Exclusions
a) Repairs/ Labour bills from Local Garages against these items.

4) Hydrostatic Lock Cover-Private Car
Scope of Cover
In consideration of the payment of an additional premium mentioned in the policy schedule
it is hereby understood and agreed that the Company agrees to pay for losses arising out of
repair or replacement of engine parts of the Insured vehicle due to Hydrostatic Lock and
ingression of water in the engine. Subject otherwise to the terms, conditions, exceptions
and limitations of the policy.
Specific Exclusions
a) Depreciation in case of Replacements and to be borne by the insured himself.
b) Manufacturing defects or irregularities previously known by the insured.
c) Losses consequential in nature but not a result of “Water Damage” and normal wear, tear
or negligence.
Scope of Cover
In consideration of the payment of an additional premium mentioned in the policy schedule
it is hereby understood and agreed that on renewal of mentioned policy, the Company
would assign same No claim Bonus percentage even if there are upto two claims made
during the policy period.
Subject otherwise to the terms, conditions, exceptions and limitations of the policy.

Specific Exclusions
The cover will cease to operate after one claim wherein the claim is not admissible.
In case of transfer of ownership the cover will cease with effective date of endorsement.
Scope of Cover
In consideration of the payment of any additional premium mentioned in the policy schedule it
is hereby understood and agreed that the company agrees to provide Roadside assistance
though an authorized vendor in case of breakdown of the insured vehicle. The services
provided under the Roadside Assistance are as under:-
f) Alternative Transport assistance to the nearest safe location for the passengers of the
vehicle
If the vehicle is being laid-off, we can dispatch an alternative transport to the passengers of the
vehicle and take them to the nearest safe location. This arrangement will be taken forward on a
referral basis, and all costs are to be approved and borne by the customer.
b) The territorial scope of the Roadside Assistance Services provided will be 50 Kms radius of
any office of Bharti AXA or city under coverage network of AXA Assistance, in the Republic
of India, excluding islands.
Scope of Cover
Scope of Cover:
In consideration of the payment of an additional premium as specified in the policy schedule it is hereby
understood and agreed that the Company undertakes to reimburse Medical Expenses per Insured
person’s upto the Sum Insured as specified in the Schedule, but not exceeding the maximum licensed
capacity of the vehicle following treatment of bodily injury caused by accidental, external, violent and
visible means while traveling in, embarking or disembarking from the insured vehicle.

Special Conditions:
a) The Company stands to cover medical expenses for treatment taken from only registered
Medical Practitioners under respective medical councils.
In consideration of the payment of an additional premium mentioned in the policy schedule it is hereby
understood and agreed that the Company agrees to pay reimbursement amount as mentioned in the
policy schedule incurred by the insured(s) towards transportation of the insured/ insured person(s) in
Ambulance to the Hospital post suffering bodily injury caused by accidental, external, violent and visible
means while traveling in, embarking or disembarking from the insured vehicle during the policy period
as mentioned in the schedule for which a valid claim under the Policy is admissible.
Maximum liability to the company is limited to the sum insured stated in the policy schedule.
A. Coverage:
In consideration of payment of additional premium mentioned in the policy schedule, it is hereby
agreed and declared that, this Policy extends to cover the consequential damage to the internal parts
of the Engine & Gear Box of the Insured Vehicle arising out of water ingression and/or leakage of
lubricating oil following damage to Engine/Gear box due to Accidental means.
B. Indemnity:
Repair charges and/or replacement charges in respect of following are payable.
1. Internal parts/items of the Engine like : Engine Block, Crank Shaft and its bearings, Connecting
Rods, Piston Set, Piston Rings, Cylinder Head, Cam Shaft and its bearings, Inlet and Exhaust
Valve, Valve Seats, Gasket, Engine Oil, Oil Seals, Sealent and Packing Kits, Oil Pump, nuts and
bolts,
2. Internal parts/items of the Gear Box like: Input Shaft, Main Shaft, Counter Shaft, Drive Gear,
Shifter Shafts, Fork, Synchronizer Rings, Oil Seals and Packing Kits plus, Gear Oil, Gasket
3. Associated Labour charges in connection with the above including overhaul of the damaged
engine and gear box wherever required.
C. Conditions:
1. Repair or replacement shall be carried out in Insurer’s Authorized Garages across India
2. In case of engine replacement, the claim will be paid, only if the engine damaged is same as
mentioned in the vehicle registration certificate.

3. The claim shall be reported immediately and the vehicle shall be removed to garage
immediately following water receding.
4. Only one claim will be paid for, during the Policy Period under this add on facility.
D. Exclusions:
No claim will be payable in respect of the following/below noted circumstances.
1. If the loss is covered under any other type of insurance policy with any other insurer, the claim
will be paid subject to contribution considering the availability of the cover in both the policies
and in the ratio of Insured Declared Value.
2. Manufacturer’s warranty or recall campaign or under any other packages at the same
time.
3. Any other consequential loss or expenses other than what is covered here in, specifically.
4. Loss or damage including corrosion of engine due to delay in intimating the company or delay in
retrieval of the Insured Vehicle from the water logged area.
5. Depreciation as mentioned in Section I of the policy which shall be borne by the insured.
6. Loss or damage purely in the nature of wear and tear.
7. Any claim where the repair has been carried out without prior approval from the Company.
8. Policy excess/deductible which shall be borne by the insured
In consideration of additional premium paid and opting for this special add on cover, the company will
indemnify insured in respect of cost incurred by insured to replace the vehicle keys, if the same are
lost/stolen. Locks & keys both will be paid for, if the vehicle lock is required to be replaced, following loss
of key.
1. Insured Incident: - If insured vehicle keys are stolen or lost anywhere in India or if the lock of the vehicle
is broken, only when the key is lost. Insured must report this to the police and obtain a crime reference
and lost property report. Insured shall also report to company forthwith. Upon validation of the claim,
company will reimburse the insured for the cost of key or lock or both, towards replacement up to the
claim limit per occurrence, subject to other terms and condition of key replacement cover detailed
below.
2. Sum Insured :- INR 50,000 per policy period
3. Indemnity Limit per occurrence: - 50% of Sum Insured or Actual whichever is less.

4. Limit of number of claim per policy period: - Maximum of Two claims during one policy period.
5. Claim Condition:
a. All lost or stolen key must be reported to company within 96 hrs of the incident, quoting the
key number and policy number.
b. The Police must be notified of all lost and stolen keys within 96 hrs of the incident and crime
reference or lost property number & report be obtained.
c. Insured must take reasonable care at all times and ensure safety of keys.
6. Exclusions: -
a. All costs incurred where insured has not notified to company within 96 hrs of the incident.
However, this exclusion may be waived suitably, subject to sufficient cause being shown for
delay in notification.
b. Any claim for theft or loss of keys which is not reported to the police within 96 hrs of the
incident and a crime reference number of lost property & report not obtained. However,
this exclusion may be waived suitably, subject to sufficient cause being shown for delay in
reporting
c. Consequential loss of any kind, whatsoever in nature.
d. Any claims for replacing locks when parts of the same only need to be replaced.
e. Any claim for damage to locks by wear and tear, mechanical or electrical breakdown,
cleaning, repairing, restoring or anything which happen gradually.
f. Any claim for additional or duplicate keys.
g. Any claim for loss or damage caused by any act or war, invasion or revolution.
h. Replacement of keys of a higher standard or specification than those replaced.
i. Locks that are damaged prior to the loss or theft of keys.
j. Excess/Deductible as mentioned in the Main Policy.
