Description of the grievance:Hi Team, MY PRAN is in rejected status,could you please help me with the
following questions 1) I just want to do KYC online,Is it possible? 2) I assume that due to mismatch in address
KYC got rejected ,please let me know which adress ,permanent or current ? 3) is it possible to change the address
in online and do KYC again 4)if all the above three not possible,just want to delete NPS account and to create
account with proper details ,please let me know if i can close the account and also the guidelines to do the same

1. The status of resolution of the grievance can also be tracked by logging on the CRA website (www.cra-
nsdl.com) with the Internet Personal Identification Number (IPIN) provided to you at the time of your
registration with CRA.
2.Alternatively, if you do not have the IPIN/or have forgotten the IPIN, the status of grievance can be checked by
clicking on "Check Grievance Status" button appearing on the log-in screen (www.cra-nsdl.com) itself.
