Hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”

In this Certificate, the CERAGON NETWORKS LTD. and VIETTEL PERU S.A.C shall individually be also
referred to as “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”
IT IS AGREED between the Parties as follows:

1. The Buyer has received all the Goods from the Seller as set out in the List enclosed to this Handover
Certificate.
2. All the Goods as the list enclosed to this Handover Certificate have been handed over completely to
VIETTEL PERU S.A.C and compliant with the quantity, model, year of manufacturing, origin countries as
set out in the Contract No. PO_02/2020/VTPr-Ceragon/24 links dated on 30/01/2020.
3. All the Goods as the list enclosed to this Handover Certificate have been checked and found free from
any defects.
4. This Handover Certificate is executed in two (02) originals in English language with the same validity.
The Seller shall keep one (01) original versions, the Buyer shall keep one (01) original versions.
